Hey Guys,

I have a flipping company in Florida, state wide, and we're locking up about 7-8 deals a month - mostly land. I'm looking for a SUPER savage realtor to join our team and be our front man to value and list these properties.

We have a team of 13 full time employees locking up these deals, we're getting them at .50 cents on the dollar and need someone super serious and amazing.

Little back story on me, I've bought and sold 150 properties in Canada as a flipper and now we're building this out in Florida first. So we're very serious and experienced. If you can put me in touch with someone or comment below - we'd love to start working with you!

Hey Everyone,

I'm a Canadian investor no longer investing in Canada (haha) and scaling in the USA. We already have our flip business up and running in Florida with 10 full time employees banging phones and closing about 4 deals a month ... so far! ;)

I've bought and sold over 150 properties in Canada, so I'm definitely experienced and not looking to waste anyone's time.
The reason I'm making this post is because we need more deals ;)

If you've got a wholesaling or flipping business in Texas, Georgia and Florida and you need someone to fund the deal and maybe even run it - feel free to bring it to me. Our team already has all the systems in place and can help you out.

We currently can raise about 2-3M a month in Florida in private funds with my network - so we can always squeeze in a few more for your deal in these states.

I'm also open to any other 'red' business friendly states, I just really like the three above.

So if you got a house deal at .60 cents on the dollar or land at .50 on the dollar - hit me up! Would love to connect and partner. I'm mostly interested in wholetailing these homes or land. Close, sweep, MAYBE a paint job - list low at a price that will sell in 30-60 days max. Profit 50K+ - next! Next! Next! That's the model we really like - especially with land!

I used to do the whole HGTV flips in Canada top to bottom, I love it, I was all about it, I get it - but I don't wanna do those anymore haha.

If you want to connect and you're a serious investor locking up deals and STEALING them at sweet discounts (super important!!) - shoot me an message or DM

Hope we can connect and do business!

Hey Everyone,

I'm an experienced investor from Ontario, Canada - I've owned over 150 properties - and I'm expanding down to the U.S with my partners. Currently we're focusing in SW Florida, Houston Texas and I'm looking at Tennessee as a third area as an option.

If you're currently investing in this state, where do you recommend is a great place for single family investing? (my main niche) - Memphis, Chattanooga , Nashville etc.

If you're a realtor, definitely looking to connect and add you to our team :)

Thanks everyone!

Hey Everyone,

I'm expanding our portfolio and looking for a property manager that services the Houston area (Katy and Humble areas specifically). Thanks!

Thanks Andrew!

Hey Guys,

I'm an investor from Canada. I've done over 150 single family deals, am expanding to South West Florida for AirBnb's/flips but want to expand to Texas for long term single family holds. I've heard great things about Fort Worth and Austin areas, but looking for advice from people with boots on the ground.

I'm also looking for economic data that I can share with my partners like GDP growth, job growth, population growth etc so I can put data behind my decision on where to invest.

Thanks so much and looking to connect with you!

Post: Re-introduction - Looking For Investors In Texas/Georgia+

Hey Everyone,

My name is Mat Piche and I’m an investor in Ontario (Canada). I’ve done over 100+ deals and I’m looking to expand to the US more.

We’re currently expanding to south Florida with our partners and doing AirBnb’s - which are going well. We have teams and systems already set up there, so that’s going well.

What I really need help with is, I also want to expand to Texas, maybe Georgia or any other investor friendly state to replicate what I did in Canada which was buying boring single family long term rentals in quality cities with great GDP growth, job growth, population growth etc. Basically the “Kris Krohn” formula.

I’m an experienced investor who can raise a lot of money from my partners and I’m looking for other experts (investors, realtors, mortgage brokers etc) to point me in the right direction and hopefully explain WHY certain cities are good to invest in over others, etc.

Canada is big, but it’s small. The US is gigantic in terms of economic size and where to start and why - is very overwhelming. Hoping to connect with some experts in investor friendly states that are rock solid for boring, predictable growth! Thanks!!
