Looking for a general contractor for a single family home to install flooring throughout the house as well as painting and work on tile and tub in bathroom. There are some other items but those are the big ones that I mentioned. Need to get started ASAP

We are looking for financing acquisitions with hard money lenders or portfolio lenders. 65-70% LTV, 8.5% interest rate, 2 points up front. Prepayment penalty 1st year 3%, 2nd year at 2% and third year at 3%. We have financed and refinanced through Lending Home, B2R, Colony. Looking for nationwide lenders for single family homes. Does anyone have any experience with AMP or Longhorn? Any recommendations for HMLS's and what they offer?

Thanks. I looked into Mail chimp and they do not allow single transactional emails. But there is something called mandrill that can help. I think mail chimp extension for podio only syncs contacts and campaign info vs. sending outgoing and receiving incoming email. I used Zapier before but it isn't so convenient to use for email into podio because a different email has to be created for each item in an app. If you have any suggestions we welcome them @Major Robertson

We are looking for a copywriter who can write a cover letter that we will email to potential lenders both residential and commercial.Would also like to add several pages to the bottom as appendix with relevant documentation. Anyone have recommendations and samples of work?

We are using Podio for organization in our real estate activities. Up until now it has worked well in organization acquisition, rehab, marketing, sales and even rental leads. We have a need to organize investors for specific deals into one software. This could be Podio or something else but I would like to stick with Podio if we do not have to find something new. The problem is that Podio is not the best for email communication within the platform. We need to send a cover letter with several pages on the bottom as an appendix. We want to be able to track who opened the email, how many times, for how long ect. Is there any extension that works well with Podio? I would like to hear what everybody uses in this situation? Do we need a separate CRM software besides Podio?

Maybe it is advisable to find one agent that works nationwide. What are the advantages and disadvantages of using an independent agent in he area versus a company that covers nationwide? @Tim Puffer
