@Megan Brooks I did not end up going with this product as I couldn’t get any unbiased feedback on it.

Anyone have any experience with an All in One Loan?

My mortgage broker is offering it as an option for refinance, he thinks it’s a great option and says by using it I should be able to use my extra cash flow to pay off my property in about 5 years. I’m looking for some unbiased opinions.

Pluses and minuses etc.

Appreciate your input.

Hi everyone,

I'm an investor from Concord CA, just got my first deal under contract in the Tampa area that I will be using a BRRRR on.

I've been going to the meet ups that @David Greene have been putting on out in Brentwood, has anyone attended those?

Would love to meet up and network.

@Gorden Lopes @Luis Escobar @Ernesto Hernandez @Tyler Jahnke

Thanks and good point @Logan Allec. I will definitely be working with my CPA on this.

I'm assuming I'll have to pain income tax in the state where the property is and then add the rental income to my CA income and of course pay tax on that as well.

Thanks @Heather Hopkins. How do you like the Raleigh area compared to the bay area? One of my co-workers moved to Charolette 2 years ago and loves it there.

The Raleigh area is another area that I've looked into a little bit, how is the buy and hold market there for cash-flow in small multifamilies?

Thanks
