Also I have a question, so once you have Fund & Grow help with getting the financing, should you be building up your "own" entity also on the side so that you can continue to obtain business financing? Someone help me out on that.

I am glad I have come across this post, I am going to stop playing and pull the trigger on Fund & Grow, its all about educating yourself and making the correct moves. As I can see @Corey Robinson and @Justin Sheley are making moves. The longer I wait and make excuses the longer my journey will take.  Thanks everyone who's been honest on this post. Wish me Luck!!

Hello I am all over the place right now, I want to slow down and start from the basics. Which book do you all recommend I read first to really get on the right page. I have rented out my home I lived in for 4yrs out. But now I want to get into other properties so I like to really take a step back some. Thanks

Hello I am trying to figure out whats the normal deposit amount to ask for on a home. Is it 1 month or first and last month? Also Application fees? Is there a good site to use for background checks and screenings that the tenant pays? Thanks for the help.
