Happy Tuesday everyone! In my experience, most realtors I speak with mention that if they could go back in time, they would have hired a mentor from the beginning because it would have sped up their success. Who are the best real estate mentors in the industry and what have been your experiences with mentors?

What’s up everyone! Just wanted to hop on here and let you all know that I’m a real estate agent here in Southwest Washington State. (Vancouver, WA to be exact) If you need any help finding deals here, selling your property etc, don’t hesitate to reach out. Got my license back in 2019 right out of high school. Been a really great experience and love the hustle

I'm looking to get into wholesaling. Now obviously there are quite a few people out there that have youtube channels revolving around wholesaling etc and dedicate their whole online brand to teaching this. I personally follow Khang Le with Wholesale To Millions and know of some others like Jerry Norton, Cody Sperber, etc. I've been looking into some of their courses and just wonder if you guys think the courses are worth the money or if you think the money would be better spent elsewhere such as group events, masterminds etc. Just want to hear your thoughts!

But, like anywhere, it's doable. I like Eric's advice of networking. It will help you jump in and make contacts that will help expedite transactions and bird dogging.
If I can help with general AZ real estate questions, just holler.
Good luck- should be fun!
Appreciate it Chad! Heat in the summer will be brutal but one of the reasons I moved here was because of the nice weather.

Just joined the bigger pockets family! Little bit about me, After graduating high school I went on to get my real estate license in WA State. Did that for 2 years, made some money. Fast forward 2.5 years later at 20 yrs old, I decided to move to tempe, AZ for awhile and experience something else for awhile. Not sure if I’m going to get my license yet. I did finish the course but just on the fence as I’m considering time I’ll be here and monthly fees etc. I am very interested in getting into wholesaling so if anybody lives here in the area and have done a few deals, HMU. Would love to start connecting with people in the area.
