@John Smith I would check out Google image postcards. They are unique and really capture the prospect attention. I will message you and point you in the right direction to see those :)

@Michael Pilolla I would start with no less than 500 leads to get going and make sure you budget to mail multiple times. Typically with a lot of investors the time doesnt justify the means when it comes to doing direct mail yourself. I cant tell you how many time I got on the phone with people who were tired of writing their own letters.

One option to maintain that personal touch would be to use a photo of your signature and add it to your mail piece when you outsource that way you still get that authentic signature but spend way less time.

I will message you more info but I would check out other options and at least do some price shopping to see if it is worth it for you to outsource. Cheers!

@Tyler Frost Typically if there is a list that has multiple motivating factors it is going to perform better than a more general absentee list. That being said you will probably have to run a test between the two lists to see if the cost justifies the number of responses you get. You can start with a smaller list (between 200-500) and see which list is bringing in more calls.

Hey @Annchen Knodt there is such a thing as a "Tri-fold flyer" I will message you details as I don't want to break any promotion rules on the forum. What I would recommend doing is thinking about time vs money and see if doing it yourself justifies the amount of money you are saving. Typically I see that people notice that outsourcing direct mail is not much more expensive and it save an incredible amount of time. I will message you but feel free to reply here if you have any other questions so we can add some value to the thread!

@Brian Kreitz You could try bandit signs? Or if you have a marketing budget to start with you could send direct mail. If you outsource direct mail it doesn't take too much of your time to set up, but you will need to be available to field calls and go on appointments so your leads don't go to waste.
