What is the best software for checking out comps for fix and flips? Also is there anything cheaper than Costar for multifamily?

I’ve been investing in Real Estate for a few months already & i’m strongly considering getting into wholesaling. Does anyone know how I create a buyers list with serious cash buyers?

I feel like the stats of this path month is not proof of anything. The real question is what happens after millions get laid off? While it is impossible to predict what the future has in store. I'm curious to see articles and stats from the "experts" regarding the future. Although small businesses opening is a nice start. I don't think its realistic to assume we are getting right back to business... but I'd love to hear your perspectives

@Jason Sinclair Unfortunately based on my experience I've found that most wholesalers are not honest, have a complete lack of understanding when it comes to analyzing the numbers (or sometimes both).I would suggest you hookup with a good Realtor (someone who understands investing). Don't get me wrong finding a good realtor that understands investing is a lot harder to come around than wholesalers, that's where effort & due diligence comes into play. I'm not saying there are no good wholesales out there I just think they are the rare exceptions, at least in the SFR fix & flip Business.
