Based on the responses from a bunch of people (on and off the forums), I think it makes the most sense to push the initial meetup into November and to look for a venue that people can get on board with. I’m thinking the second week in November. Let me know if you are interested/ available based on a new date.

Sorry for the delay everyone: I have found a location that will host a covid-friendly event for a limited number of people to do networking and drinks. The venue is The Daniel Webster Inn in Sandwich, MA. I have tentatively scheduled the inaugural event for Thursday October 22. I am hoping to get some consensus before officially booking and showing up to a conference room by myself!

I am looking for recommendations for a good quality, reasonably priced roofer that services the West Chester area. I have a rental there and want to get a quote for a full replacement. 

Additionally, we had a stain show up after the past storm and need someone that can paint the ceiling in one of the rooms. Any recommendations are appreciated. The person I typically use is unavailable.

Check the rental rates for each one currently and run the numbers as it sits today. Also, look into the condo bylaws to see if you would even be able to rent out the property; many condos have restrictions on rental units.

Hello fellow Cape Codders! I'm so happy BP finally created a sub-forum for Cape Cod in Massachusetts, so I thought I would get the ball rolling and make the first post. 

Are other people interested in getting together (via zoom or social distancing event) for a REIA meetup? I have seen evidence in the forums that there used to be a Cape Cod focused REIA in the past but it appears to have fizzled out. If you're interested, please respond back with the following so I can gauge interest and organize an event. If you don't want to post in the forums, send me a private message.

1. Your preferred meeting location - upper/mid/lower/outer

2. Your experience level - (0 deals, 1-4, 5-10, 10-49, 50+)

3. Preferred meeting style - (networking only, event speaker, other-please describe)

Get it listed on the MLS and make sure it syndicates out to all of the major search engines like zillow, realtor.com, etc. Also post it on Craigslist, which seems to have a much different group of people searching for places.
