I'm actually using a property management software to manage my rental property and the app is Tellus. They partner with Naborly and they have a free screening service. I've used their reports to choose my tenant and the report is comprehensive and thorough.

I'll recommend Tellus. You can manage everything through their app, from posting listings to tracking financial statement. Their payment system also fits for properties, because you could track all your incomes and expenses and also it will generate reports automatically. Most important thing is the app is totally free!

I use Tellus for my rental property. Their app is free and I can manage everything from it. Super convenient to track everything from an app on your phone!

Hey BP members,
I just finished purchasing a house and want to rent it out. I'm wondering what tools I could use to estimate rental price and then I can set up a good rent price. Thanks in advance!
