@Denny Ramirez

Welcome to the forums Denny. I’m currently in the Columbus, OH market and the population and job growth has created great opportunity. Have you looked into Columbus?

@Josh Feldman

Congrats Josh. I’m hoping I can do something similar in the future.

@Jake Huber

Welcome to the site Jake. I am active in Real Estate here in the Columbus, OH area as well.

Welcome!

I am in the Columbus Ohio area and am quite new to real estate investing. This is a great place to network.

I would check more sights for rental income estimates like zillow and craigslist in addition to rentometer. I would also suggest contacting a few local property managers for help with various estimates as they should know the areas pretty well.

Hello,

I'm currently a senior in high school looking to get into the real estate game. Next year I'll be attending Ohio State in Columbus and was thinking about getting my real estate license. I'm extremely interested in the investment side of real estate and have a mentor, but I don't have money at this point. If anyone has any advice on being a real estate agent, or real estate in general I would greatly appreciate it.
