@Chris Levarek Currently going to buy these books right now!
So you would suggest investing in a smaller deal then partnering up for a larger deal, correct?

@Josh Edwards That makes so much more sense. Thank you for explaining it to me. Since you are more familiar with raising money for deals, May I ask what is the best way and first steps in doing so?

@Juan De La Garzathank you so much for the amazing feedback. I saw that you said jobs are on the low in Fort Lauderdale area. Do you know where I can find sites to check job growth rate?

@Arn Cenedellathat is great advice. Speaking with you, do you know if any brokers I can reach out to in the South Florida market?
I prefer referrals, but I do not mind Google searching them on Google and giving them all a call.

@Josh Edwards wow thank you so much for the detail breakdown. I have started to reach out and join FB investing groups to start my networking process. I also have reached out to a few people I have met that helped me closed my first SF residential deal.
This might be a silly question. When you say syndicator, what do you mean by that?
Thank you once again!

Wow @Arn CenedellaI was just flooded with so much knowledge and I greatly appreciate it.
Based off all of you seasoned investors I will find a smaller MF to start off and build street cred.
With networking, what advice do you have to put myself out there to meet brokers and investors?

Hi @Kim Meredith Hampton, I was looking to partner up with someone for this deal. I was also looking for a mentor as well who has knowledge and guide me through the process.

Quote from @Michelle Dong:
Hi BP Family,
My name is Michelle and I bought my 1st rental property in 2021. I am looking into getting into residential commercial properties in Orlando, Tampa, or Fort Lauderdale area that contains 90+ doors and just wanted some advice:
What/Where is the best method to find these deals?
When I present my deal to investors, where can I find these investors?
As a new investor, is it possible to get 1% equity in the deal when presented to investorrs?
Thank you all so much in advance.
@Randall Alan Hi Randall, thank you so much for your feedback.
You are not being negative at all. I just wanted honest opinions and greatly appreciate it.
I have been looking at LoopNet.com and it is a fabulous resource.
Yes, I am very ambitious and driven. If 90+ Doors is too much what do you think is a better goal? 12-20 doors?
Thank you once again
