Add me to the list! Chicago broker finding off market rehabs and teardowns for high ROI in some of Chicago's hottest areas. Need to connect with investors, wholesalers and rehabbers for partnerships.

They're meant to be transformed into either SFR or Condos.

Finding the deals, not finding the buyers for these high ROI rehabs and teardowns - builders slowing a bit, great time to take advantage! Would love to partner also.

I'm starting out in this field also Lincoln, though been in RE Brokerage here for years, working mostly with builders.  I'm also very interested in building connections and seeing where there could be any ideas shared, even partnership opps.  PM me if you'd like.

Hi Gentlemen, I'm scouring all information at the 11th hour... Emmett, I see some properties on the list that have recently been purchased by builders and investors, currently rehabbing them... clearly this is just one example of the owners eventually getting to paying them off, right?  So there's quite a bit of time that goes by before you know whether you have access to title or not?
