Funny enough I am seeing the exact opposite on my end. Buyers that are cleaning wholesale houses of mine and relisting them at a much lower price point and way less work are actually moving way quicker. They are pricing them under market and my investors are coming into multiple offer scenarios.

Hey Alec, I have succesfully bought and cashflow on multiple properties here in Tampa all within the last 2 years. I would reccomend the BRRRR strategy, I like West Tampa in Hillsborough or Lealman/south st. Pete to cashflow. I would section 8 rent these to get the max cashflow. I can help you if you need
