Ibrahim S - Just wanted to point out, since you keep mentioning you want/need a USB port, the Asus and I'm sure the Samsung tablet doesn't have a USB port.

But, you should look into DropBox for file transfer between tablet's and desktop computers. The only problem is if you're trying to transfer >50 or so megabytes worth of data, it may take too long to do this on a regular basis with a 3G connection ( >9 or so minutes I'd think). If you have 4G you're good though for probably 125MB in a decent amount of time. But if it's only word documents or spreadsheets, you're good.

Thought I'd just throw it out there. :)

I agree, the ultra slims are really awesome! My tablet can do everything my PC can though. Except have multiple things running on the same screen (which seems like they're working on that now though for Android's....)

This may be a better option if you want a little more bulk for more familiarity as you can get a ultra thin Windows or OSX(?) computer as opposed to using the Android OS or the iPad OS.

Great idea!

Well since it's an on-the-go type setup you need, you'll probably want:

1. A tablet computer - Either an iPad or an Asus Transformer. I can't recommend a Windows tablet as I haven't used one yet. If you want my opinion, I'd go with the Transformer, but the iPad is a great decision as well.

2. A editing and printing app. I know they have printer apps for Android tablets (the Asus Transformer) but I've never checked for the iPad but I'm sure they do.

3. A mobile printer.

***You will need your tablet to be 3G capable or buy a WiFi hotspot from a cell phone company. Alternatively (and this may be hard if you're not technically inclined but I thought I'd mention it anyway) you root your iPhone/Android phone (I have a Samsung Galaxy S3) and use it as a Wifi Hotspot for free, as buying/paying for the service is fairly expensive, at least for me.***

How's that sound?

Hey Abdul Rasheed, try Zillow and Realtor for Realtor's.

That's where I found mine.

So you want to be an agent/Realtor?

If so, just take classes and get your license then work with a Realtor company.

My Realtor pulls comps for free. Anything else, I would find a new one. Same should go for you.

Not necessarily true. The lender could be a bank, but if it's a loan underwritten to HUD, FNMA or FMAC standards and then insured by one of them, the lender is then defrauding the government. If that's the case, the OP may not be committing fraud, but the lender is.

J Scott Could it also be fraud if the person making the loan on behalf of the bank is grossly disregarding company policy? I mean, when someone says "lender", they mean the loan officer or person who actually approves the loan right? Could the person who approves the loan get in trouble (and perhaps drag the person they gave the loan to, into it?)?

I'm just curious.

The way I got my Realtor was by email many different Realtor's telling them I was looking for someone who was investor-friendly.

After that, got a few responses, picked the Realtor I liked, and then we went to a cafe and talked about my plans/goals and his career thus far. It was enjoyable. We then agreed to work together!

Maybe this will be a point in the right direction?

That sounds like conspiracy to commit fraud.

This is just thinking out loud.

If I went to B of A and had a friend who was able to grant me loans, or influence the granting of loans, and he agreed to commit fraud with me (whether as a favor, carelessness, or for nefarious purpose); don't you think a lender could then sue, "themselves". Although, "themselves" is just a euphemism for, "the employee" who agreed to work with me in such a fashion.

Even if you can't get in trouble, perhaps the employee can? Which still is a situation you shouldn't associate with.

Just a thought...

Who is the lender? A friend or bank or what? Sorry if you already answered this but I didn't see it anywhere.
