That is important, for them to be able to get paid separately. My big seeking point is, I let them keep their own accounts. But as I grow that may have to change.

Yeah that's my problem I allow homeowners to keep their own accounts and I run those so it's much more personal but then I can't use any of the correct dashboards

I love to hear more about the myvr channel manager. Do you have to have a certain amount of properties in order for that to work? do you pay an extra fee? What I'd really like to find a software solution that lets me change the price in one place and changed it across all platforms

Yes my goal is to rent and keep looking although take a break from looking because it drove me crazy. Looking for a rental right now is driving me crazy we found a place that's a good area but it's really tiny for all our stuff so I may just have to throw everything into storage not even a lot of closet space for clothes . So it's a little panicky

That's my hope so I'm renting for a year. Although the rental market in La us ridiculous. I still don't have a place after looking for 2 months. I'm waiting to hear back from a final credit check that they had to do. There is so much competition that you had to show up with money in hand and a completely filled out application with your credit report or you can't get the place. And if you get there half an hour before the open house starts there was 10 people in front of you. After that, there is still the in-person interview . Then they do their own credit check. Then they wanted three months of Bank receipts. And my 2016 taxes. This is to rent a $2,500 place.

Good to know! I wish I understood Inglewood a bit better. But guess I'm 4 years too late.

If you've read my other posts, We are getting kicked out of the home we've been renting for 7 years as owners are moving family in. Tried to buy in LA but the market is too hot.
So if you've got a place you were looking to rent out and wanted someone not only with great credit but who also is a property manager so I know how awful it is when someone doesn't take care of your home.. Let me know!
Looking in NoHo, Sherman Oaks, Valley Glen- but I'm open to anything. Got a great place on the beach! I'm in.
Trying to keep it under $2300 for 2 bedroom or 1 bedroom/den or loft.

For vrbo do you need 5 properties for it to work? All companies are telling me that vrbo requires that.
