Thank you @Marshall Leipprandt I am planning to put 20% down or a little more depending on what the lender will allow for the new home in FL, and yes I'm planning to use the equity to fund my flips, but also I have good national hard money loan.  I'm looking to move to Lake Mary, Oviedo, or Sanford, areas in which we are very comfortable.

Thanks for the help!

Hello,

I'm moving to Florida this year, I'd like some advice please, I left my job 8 months ago, recently started my own company, as a flipper just got my first flip done I used a Hard money loan for my flips. I want to buy a house in Florida, but a person that I know checks for a lenders and says that I will need two years of self-employment history to qualify for a mortgage even with a 50% down payment, the house price will be around $300k. My primary house in MA has over 250K in equity, and I am planning to sell the property.

Are there any lenders who can help with this type of situation? Would renting be a better option?

Any help will appreciate.

Thank you!

Hello Everyone,

I’m about to finish my first flip, but I'm short on cash now, and I want to continue finding deals, but don't have too much cash left. I use hard money loan for this flip with a 10% down. I know I can use private money but don't have those contacts yet.

Now what is the best way to fund another deal during the selling process of my flip, without me putting 10% down.

Thank you!
