What would you do if a China government official wanted to buy land near a U.S. military base?

A lack of response to this question shows how frightening U.S. foreign affairs policy is in 2023.

In 1980, interest rates shot up to 16%. They didn’t get back to a near-baseline of 9% until 1987.

I’m sure investing was happening in the meantime. Just wondering what your crystal ball looked like.

$3,000/mo on a $400k purchase price?

$1,500/mo on a $400k purchase price?

$750/mo on a $400k purchase price?

As an agent, if I didn’t want to deal with buyers and just wanted to deal with sellers only, could I just get a referral fee for the buyers?

How much? 10-15%?

I’ve been told that if my lead strategy is cold calling, then the seller-to-buyer ratio would be 5:1 which would cut out a lot of the buyer side of the job.

More leads Vs less competition.

Post: Why do buyers agents have such a high cost of sales?

I was reading in Gary Keller’s “The Millionaire Real Estate Agent” that the cost of sales for a listing specialist is about 8% while the cost of sales for a buyer specialist is 50%.

What do buyers agents need to spend to help buy properties besides gas/wear-and-tear?

I was reading that realtors are held to a MUCH HIGHER standard than the general public regarding discrimination.

Not trying to offend anyone in 2023 here. Hopefully “certain individuals” isn’t offensive to any left-wing extremists here. I tried to make it sound as polite as possible.

But would renting out a room in their PERSONAL RESIDENCE fall under fair housing or is that law just for non-owner occupied housing?

Also, what actual and punitive damages would be awarded if a realtor got sued by one of these potential renters?

Would the Government sue for a realtor not renting a room in their personal residence to potential renters?

Does anyone have any other recommendations?

Going through the Reddit forums, it seems like Ricky Carruth and Mike Ferry are always recommended. Ricky Carruth has more subscribers.
