Thank you all for the advice!

Well I wanted to know what I could do first. I was thinking about starting an LLC to put under my first deal and then get my license.

I just was wondering how I should go about starting wholesaling.

So I am in a dilemma should I as a new wholesale real estate investor start an LLC to hold my properties when flipping the contract or should I go ahead and get my Real Estate license?

I am wholesaler in central Florida that would love to get you on my buyers list.

Deeply discounted needs a flip 10,000 in repairs

ARV is 80,000

Needs work and is in a low income area

This is an ugly house in an low-income community. Personally I think you could make a bigger profit if you bulldoze it down and rebuild a new house. Houses in that area sell for 135,000.

But if you would like to just flip the house repairs cost are 20,000 to 25,000 with an ARV of 80,000
