I currently live in Tacoma and there is many small apartments for sale. I'm currently looking for small apartments to buy in the western Washington area. A 4-Plex is a residential loan, and yes all the mortgage brokers needs is verification of all information. The most important thing to look for is it rented, location, condition, numbers, like taxes, repair cost, maintenance cost ( lawn, garbage, water,ect..) Eric your questions are great ones.
