Hey Nic,

Cleveland and Columbus are hot investment markets with great opportunity for cash flow, appreciation, flips and brrrr. I've been fortunate enough to help multiple investors get started in this area as I'm well connected with PMC, realtors (who are also investors), insurance, title and anything else you may need to make it a seamless process for you.

Let me know how I can help. Looking forward to connecting!

Hey Toby,

Something that could be a deterrent for some of the agents would be whether or not you have a pre approval set up or any type of financing secured.

I work out in Cleveland and there's quite a few real estate agents who are also investors that would definitely be open to working with you. I'm connected in Columbus, Akron and Dayton as well.

Let's connect so I can better understand your goals and unique situation

Hey BP,

I'm a Lender in Cleveland, OH and will be expanding down to Florida within the next month, so I'm looking to connect with any real estate professionals that could aid my team, my buyers and myself with our real estate journeys.

Looking forward to connecting!

Hey Ahmad,

I would have to agree with Taylor here. Using your free and clear property as leverage by doing a cash out refi and renovating the upstairs unit. Then after finishing the rehab, doing a cash out refi on that property or obtaining the HELOC.
