I am 23 years old, graduating from College in May, and moving to Denver, CO from Charleston, SC.  I am visiting Denver on March 2nd-6th.  I would greatly appreciate someone who would be interested in showing me some places to rent around town.

Also, I have no specific career picked out yet so I am looking for jobs as well.  My major is Communication and I have a background in investing and marketing.  Any job recommendations would be awesome!  I have thought about starting a career as a real estate agent however I would need to start making money within the month that I move and the housing market is unpredictable so I'm not sure if it would be the best career right out of college, any thoughts? I was thinking maybe working for a real estate investor, also any thoughts?

Thanks in advanced!

I am graduating from College in May of this year. I am graduating with a major in Communications. I want to do real estate investing because sooner than later in life I want to achieve financial freedom and work for myself, however I need a career to get some money and experience under my belt. Is going for a career in real estate a good idea? Will I be money less for awhile?

What do you think is more important, letters or calls.  Should I not even focus on calling the Attorneys and the estate holders and just focus on sending my letters?

Looking to meet some Charleston, SC area wholesalers!

Im looking to invest into a property to rent it like a store, shop, etc. What are some good strategies for this style of REI? Has anyone had experience with this who can shed more light onto this subject. Any and all advice is much appreciated!

Thanks!

@Rick H. I have read quite a few of your discussions and I would appreciate a cast on a getting probate leads.  The process of obtaining these files in my town is difficult and long.  The online service does not tell you enough info and is a search database by name.  therefore I have to drive an hour to the courthouse and for about 3+ hours go through find and record all of the necessary info. That is the longest process of everything for me which is about 5+ hours total and then transferring the info to my spreadsheet.  I will continue to get the leads this way but wanted to see if there was another way that Might be more efficient.

@Jeremy Tillotson I really appreciate it! Honestly I'm just having trouble generating my probate leads.  Going to the courthouse and extracting all of the leads can take up to 5+ hours and then organizing the information on excel will usually take another few hours and that's just step one.  So I'm looking for a more efficient way to generate my probate leads!
