thanks everyone!  I am hoping to find a nice location in a US territory in the caribbean and market it as a couples retreat type of deal. Then rent it out when I would not be using it!

I was wondering if anyone on here has experience or insight with this.  I would like to build a unique tiny house on a gorgeous location and rent it out as a vacation rental.

So any suggestions, comments, insight would be great!

Post: Is it worth buying a duplex in SF?

I am 23 years old and about to graduate college in May. I want to live in SF but can not afford the rent. The job that I have an offer for is offering 50k a year base salary. I was thinking about buying a duplex and living in one side with my gf while renting out the other side. I am concerned that if I buy i will be buying right when the housing bubble will burst. Any insight and suggestions?

@Jeff G. thank you very much for the advice and insight, I will check them out for sure!

@Joshua Dorkin I appreciate it and I will look at both!

I am coming into Denver March 2nd-6th to begin the moving process and check out places to live for when I graduate College in May. I was hoping that someone might know some contacts who I could reach out to while I'm in Denver who can give me some insight on places to live and potential job recommendations.

I am 23 years old and I will be graduating with my BS in Communications this May!  I have a great resume with a lot of good experience in a variety of fields.

I would love a job working for a real estate investor or a real estate investing company.  Also open to all other suggestions!

Thanks in advanced!

Post: Vacation Rental Property In Puerto Rico (Im 23 y/o)

I am young and graduating college in May.  My buddy, who is reliable and understands real estate a lot more than I do and has a high paying career, approached me about going half with him on a vacation rental in Puerto Rico. Any suggestions/insight about that as well?  I think it would be great If I can essentially stay there for free if I visit often because I love to surf and also Rincon Puerto Rico is growing in tourist population.  Also would like to be making some money off of it or at least be able to sell it at future for a profit.

I am young and graduating college in May.  I do not know where I will be living but it will most likely only be for a year (I like to bounce around).  Therefore its probably not a good idea to jump right into buying a duplex and have to worry about selling the property and rolling over the money into a new property.  What would everyone recommend?

Also looking into careers but I don't want to go into corporate life, any recommendations on jobs to get into investing in real estate? (open to all suggestions)
