@Luther A.,

The best way to learn is by partnering with someone by doing a JV, I would find a deal and have someone who is doing good in your market by bringing a buyer. That way you learn the other things. If you got any questions message me I don't mind helping.

@Cassandra Sifford,

Leadminingpros and batchskiptracing are ways to skiptrace but it cost. Leadminingpros is cheaper.

Postcards are cheaper so we try to use those when we start doing direct mail

I have a partner who helps we do not have same skill sets but even more my partner has more time in the day to go on appointments and others.

if you have any other questions feel free to message me, I can answer more

@Armani Emon,

You can pay companies to skip trace for you like leadminingpros and batchskiptracing. Hope this helps you!

@Lanique Carroll

You have to get the list skip traced. You can pay for it using leadminingpro or batchskiptracing. They do the work for you and find the numbers. Leadminingpros is a little less expensive.

@Kristopher Bagocius

I would do some deals before you leave your job, it will build your confidence and you will be able to grow more when you leave. I would build a strong buyers list and really go hard in your marketing whichever you choose.

@Ann Clark,

I would first find what type of investor I want to be. So you want to landlord, wholesale, flip? All of them? professional job like realtor, lender etc? When you get that you can go right into it full speed ahead. Want to narrow down the information you take in. Then the first I do is start getting leads for free/cheap as possible starting off.

@Angela Salvant,

Sure! We can set something up, I think the BRRR can work here just have to buy in a little better areas to make sure appraisals fall in your favor. I wholesale, and my partner is a realtor. We can help on that side as well for extra eyes.
