@Angela Salvant,

Please dont hate this answer but it really depends. Detroit has a lot of older homes that were built a long time ago. I am working with a contractor that knows how to save a little money on some repairs but all depends on if your looking to flip, just to fix up for a rental, etc. When you coming to Detroit if its okay to ask? Glad to have you come

@Miltiana Holdip,

Yes you can have business in NY but wholesale anywhere. Your contract will say where the property is located and the title company/attorney will do the rest. If you have any other questions message me dont mind helping. (not an attorney, always consult with them)

@Keith Carey,

I would start to find reliable and good people to work with here, then maybe do a visit. I work with out of state investors so I just want you to get good deals sent to you.

@Fabiola F.,

For a one day stop you were able to get a lot done, that is a fair breakdown from what you saw.

@Nolan Gonzalez,

Not if you set it up right, inspection/appraiser paid by buyer, title work paid by buyer so no money out of your pocket. All paid at closing.
