Not worth the internet/keyboard argument.

You stand by whatever it is that you want if that makes you feel better.

Bob Olah,

some advice isn't always the bottom line. Be careful and do your own due diligence on even those giving such black and white answers.

You can still do do subject-to investing without the ability to re-finance. The thing is, NOT everyone will be able to qualify for a loan, re-finance or conventional for a millions reasons why. This is a fact known by even those who would claim the bottom line.

Going into a subject-to, you should have your exit strategies in place if getting called due does happen. It DOESN'T HAVE TO be ONLY the ability to re-finance.

Don't take all the 'advice' you're given as gospel. Good luck, keep us posted.

I wasn't aware of this.

Seems like a great opportunity for some to match deals and money...

Joshua Dorkin, whats the deal?

I would like a 'Most Handsome' award. Obviously, Tod R. and James Vermillion have got nothing on me!

all we can do is hope and/or pray depending on your views I guess lol...

I'm sure I'm like most people when I say, I'd like to be able to depend more on Zillow. I don't know exactly what is in store for the Zillow giant but if they keep making great decisions like this, it has to be all good and very little, if any, bad.

99.99999999999999% of you won't care to click the link and read because you'll have no clue who the author is and I don't blame you for not caring.

However, if you've done any real estate business in the Phoenix market or followed pretty much ANY Real Estate related blog in the past few years, you'll know who it is.

He is a sponsor of the BP Summit and I do believe he's Marty Boardman's broker(I could have that fact mixed up though).

Either way, Jay Thompson is a really smart guy. He's one of the ones who 'get it'. And without further a do-do......

Nathan Emmert, when are you arriving? there has been several threads discussing travel from the airport to the hotel.

I do believe Tod R. and possibly Jon K. were working on assisting with that. I could be wrong though. Either way. There are a lot of people arriving at a bunch of different times. You should be able to split a ride of some sort.

If not, let me know when you show up. I'll find a place to rent some segways and bullhorns and we'll yell at people riding down the freeway to get out of our way. We might get ran over or taken to jail, but it would be fun.
