Can't we all get along?
This exact type of thread pops up over and over again. We all jump in with out over-emotional opinions we feel are facts and start typing away like keyboard killers.
Take a deep breath guys, there are more important things to fight about......

Nice that you finally spoke up!! I hope you win one of the tickets considering you're one of the ones who are going to be staying in my room. While my vote goes for Anson Young, I would like to see things work out for you as well.

I'm with Will Barnard
screw it, delete the headache. There are too many of us who are active and very knowledgeable who wouldn't even let someone come here and spew any shizz.........
We've eaten people alive before(they clearly deserved it) and we'd do it again.

If you need anything specific, just pm me, no worries.

Kirsten's office is in Tempe. She's looking to open an additional office right now along the 101(east side) corridor.
I agree though, do your due diligence. I'm hoping that once I'm signed on with her, I'll be able to in the future, help my fellow BP'ers directly. We all know how much of a pain property managers can be.

Kirsten Shafer of Az Property Solutions is who I would recommend.

disclosure: I am switching to her brokerage once this deal I have in escrow closes. There are several reasons why I'm switching, her property management dept/team is one of them.

To piggyback on Andy Hayes piggyback
I just talked to the hotel and I learned that the suite I got(Aspen, just like Andy mentioned) is HUGE..... 1500sq ft.
Learning this info and knowing that I'll have a murphy bed, some couches etc... I'm open to allowing 2 more spots to anyone who needs it.
I am booked for Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. If you're interested, you'll need to pm me, make sure you're on Greg B's list and bring a sleeping bag and pillow.
I don't drink and I'm not a party goer so I'll only ask that you keep your hands out of the wetbar if it is indeed stocked. Also, in return for payment, you buy me a meal and we'll call it even :)

Vikram C., nice to see ya!! It seems like you've been missing in action lately!
Are you going to Denver as well, or just giving out free tickets?
btw, Anson gets my vote!
