Justin, do you use Allstate Appliance off of 17/Mcdowell ?

That's what and how much I've always spent for the same thing when I need appliances

In some states(mine for example) allow for a seller to give specific listing instructions to the agent. As long as the instructions are within the limits of the law of course.

it very well could be that the seller has instructed the listing agent to make it known that no offers below listing price will be submitted. I believe in my state, that would be within their rights to do.

Hope that helps.

I actually vote for NO.

I visit the site on my ipad. I've got an icon/shortcut saved to my homepage to just open the site on safari. Other apps I have for forums non-related to RE are to me, not as easily navigated than just simply sliding my finger around. As well as the size of those apps are only like a 1/4 of the screen size.

If BP ends up with an app, I'll certainly try it, but chances are, I'll just keep the easiness of the way it is now.

What is the reason why you want to transfer to an LLC?

Schweet! Lemme know asap. The number of people I give floor space to depends on the size of my room.

Just curious if there is an automated message to those that are breaking the rules pointing them towards the forum rules link?

I think it's because you're posting a request for hard money in the new member introductions.

This site and forums have rules in place. Those rules can be found at the top somewhere titled: forum rules.

Take a read at those. You might find the answer about getting our threads deleted.

I'm waiting for confirmation from josh that I did indeed get a bigger room/suite.

If so, I got no problems letting some fellow BP'rs crash so long as you keep the party quiet and don't get us kicked out. Im not sure how many I'll be able to promise space to but at least 3 to 4
