welcome to BP!!! A lot of great places to invest across the country but I'm pretty fond of the Phoenix Metro area. My opinion is completely bias though.

What problems are you having with the ones you've found? 

No licensing needed to wholesale

don't assume other wholesalers know what their doing or already have buyers. 

Buyers are one of the easiest things to find. Focus your efforts on locking up great deals and you'll have buyers. There is at least a handful of active buyers here on BP  from Arizona. 

have you decided what your real estate career is going to be centered on? 

I'd argue that the BP Nation is the best investors network to engage in so at least you're in the right place. Once you've decided what you're going to do, direction will be easier to follow. Connect and network with others here and take advantage of all the resources available.

my family is in Joplin, Webb City, Carthage and Neosho. I love that part of the country. Took my kids to the courthouse in Carthage where they have an old school elevator, their minds were blown.
