Now, that I'm done brown nosing :) I don't think we've talked about food. It is an option though, maybe we can implement that into our meetups. Considering it is around dinner time. Great idea!

Bumpity bump bump

Kind of a short reminder but this coming Tuesday will be our 2nd meetup for BP members. The first couple of ones will slightly awkward while we figure out the direction, ongoing logistics etc.. I'm hoping we can get some really good discussions going on specific marketing, resources to share among each other etc...

We did nail down our preferred ongoing meetup schedule though. Second Tuesday of each month at 630pm at my brokers office which is 950 W. Elliot Rd #101. Tempe, AZ 85284

This allows those of us who would still like to attend the AZREIA monthly meetings to do so. For those who didn't make it last time, our official BP meetup rules are exactly as they are here on the site. Kind, generous and willing to share and help others is required. There will be no upsells of any programs, nothing to buy at the back of the room etc... We are BP Nation and will represent that among each other as we do here on the site.

Hey, we just had our first local BP meetup recently and our next scheduled one is on Tuesday at my brokers office at about 630pm I believe, Its just us BP'ers meeting up about investing stuff mostly, some, or most of us are also licensed but that isn't required of course.

You should come by, meet a handful of us local BP'ers! Only rules are you must be a biggerpockets member and the same rules apply in the group as they do here on the site so you don't have to worry about being sold into any ridiculous program or feel like you're being scammed. We don't allow that.

Seems like you're doing well for yourself. A few of us BP'ers have started a monthly meetup that you're more than welcome to join.

I'm really sorry about that Jessica B.. I did message you my cell # for next time if anything happens.

I knew logistically, the first one was going to be a little shaky. As Jared Vidales, we did decide on 2nd Tuesdays of every month. This will allow those of us who actually do or plan on attending future AZREIA meetings to do so and then come hang out with us.

I'm hoping from here on out, those big gates outside will be open for us so we don't miss anyone.
