Well, that was fun. Great to finally meet Marty Boardman L Gale. Charles Morgan actually did make it from El Paso and Jared Vidales showed up looking like a million bucks.

Of course thanks to Justin S. and Marc Freislinger for being part of the initial core group along with Marty. I'll be sure to create a new thread or something letting everyone else that didn't make what we decided on how and when to do continuous meet ups

Another bump. Its this coming weekend. Albert Hasson, I do hope you can make it. I know Justin S. is supposed to be in FL until Friday, hopefully he and Marc Freislinger along with Marty Boardman can still make it.

My broker has offered to supply doughnuts/donuts and coffee. I told her it wasn't needed but I didn't think any of us would decline.

It has been said that wholesaling can be the most expensive strategy. I tend to agree due to the amount of marketing required on a consistent basis.

I think you know what it takes to do 2+ deals a month. You admitted your recent laziness. Pick it back up, perfect your marketing as best as possible and always try to improve it. 2+ deals a month should be a cake walk.

I haven't read all the comments so I apologize if this has already been mentioned.

There is a realtor here locally to me that advertises a lot on facebook. I forgot her name, was friends with her at one time but she was uber annoying so I clicked the unfriend button on her.

Anyways, she did a youtube video and I can't find it right now outlining what she did exactly. She was putting her info into the text of the box. That enabled her info to be put out there i.e phone # and website etc.. without the viewer actually having to click on it. She showed her total # of views, clicks and etc.. for all of the previous year I believe and it was something like $14 I believe. Or that $14 could have been for the month, quarterly etc.. I don't remember exactly.

Moral of the story, put you info in the box and they don't have to click on it ya know.

Bring it!!!

I'm more than ready, willing and able to handle it. The last 'recession' was a learning experience for me. If we do in fact have another one, I'll make much more money this time now that I do in fact know what the heck I'm doing.

Donna Smolinski, there will always be room for fellow BP'ers. I'm really hoping that we'll be able to nail down a regular schedule during our first meetup. At which time, I'll make sure to post up, possibly even create events to notify those who would like to attend future dates etc...

Charles Morgan, you're right, Tempe is so much closer than most of the other Texans. Same goes for you, any time, you're interested in coming, you're more than welcome.

Just keep in mind, I believe the focus of the Phx group will be our market specifically so there might not always be discussions that relate to others and their areas/markets.
