Check into clear.com

We're actually in the same boat. We're paying over $160 a month for tv/phone and internet(those silly bundles). We never use the phone and don't have any clue what the number is or even have a phone plugged into the wall. We have Cox Communication. We love our internet.

We rarely watch tv even though we're paying for HD tv. We're also paying for Hulu+ and Netflix. We're seriously considering just doing internet which will free up just about $100 a month for us. I looked at clear.com and their fee was, I think, $50 a month or so. Problem is, they don't serve Phoenix.

The space is only permitted to BP members so of course your attendance is welcome :)

I still need suggestions as to the date of the first meet up. I'm inclined to say Aug 3rd just to make sure its far enough to have as many people make sure they can attend.

Any objections?

The area is only as gray as you make it.

disclosure is the term that will get you in trouble. Failure to disclose is what will get you in trouble the most.

If you're too worried about it, skip the 'realtor' licensing thing. Continue to work as an wholesaler and find a good realtor who will be willing to work with you.

Bumping this up in hopes others will see it.

I'd like to throw out the dates of Friday, July 20th OR Friday, Aug. 3rd, say.....6pm at the address in the OP?

Our first night, we can discuss future logistics including predetermined days/dates/times etc...

Again, conspiracy theorist play here.

You're green. Which only means that they successfully captured your IP address and whatever else they're after. Who is 'They' ??

Could be the FBI peeps that are spearheading this operation. Could be Sasquatch or even the Aliens. I dunno. I have no experience or knowledge. Just throwing out a curve ball for the fun of it.

If it matters, I was 'green' as well so if I'm right, I'm also in the same boat.

I'm not too worried about it. Only 50k people are going to be affected.

I'm playing conspiracy theorist on this one and saying that someone is over-hyping this shindig in hopes that millions of us will log onto a website to check to see if we're safe while in actuality , we're actually downloading some spyware or whatever virus from them while we 'supposedly' check to see if we're safe.

Of course! we still got to get a dinner down at http://www.montis.com/ next time you're here. I liked the pizza we got at Grimaldi's but men need a good steak ya know.

Forgot to mention, Phillip Dwyer, our local BP group will always welcome any member of the BP Nation. If you or anyone else is in town, the door will always be open.

My hopes is that we show the Texas boys how we do things. They're always kicking our butts at everything else
