@Ryan Van Fleet I lived on the east coast for awhile and just happened to purchase those units while I lived there. I now have the units run by a property management company since I'm on the opposite coast. No issues with that however. It's actually working out very well. It doesn't hurt that my parents and brother also have a few units in Ocean City as well (they still live in the area) so I still have eyes on the properties.
