Count me in too. Been asking about this the last couple of months since I joined BP. I am in the Carmel Mountain area.

@Patrick Britton, what is this grant program you are referring to in CA. I would be interested in something like that.

I just got the usual email to watch the replay and that doesn't even work either. Says the webcast hasn't been conducted yet.

I usually do a 10 minute rule for my meetings but its been 30. I'm gone. I'll catch the replay....if there is one. :-)

I think we got stood up tonight. Maybe he is still on vacation.

@Brandon Turner where are you? We are all waiting.... :-)

Anyone in SD seen this commercial on TV. They say they renovate your house and sell it for you and get paid after it sells. Does this sound any good for potential flippers? We pay for the house and they pay for the reno and just pat them when it sells? They probably charge quite a bit for this service I would imagine.

Looking for an honest, reputable 1on1 mentor/coach for flipping homes that can walk me though from start to selling my first property. I don't mind paying some money because I know this would be to further my education but just don't want to get sucked in to paying "guru type of money". I live in San Diego but wouldn't be opposed to someone in any of the surrounding states.

If anyone knows of any reputable coaching firms out there with any members here on BP that I can be pointed to for recommendations please let me know. I am eager and ready to start NOW and get my business started sooner than later.

Thanks......JD
