This is more of curious question, not a real issue for me.

What would you do if you were utilizing a sandwich lease option on a house and the primary owner went into foreclosure? Or if you are the renter and have the option to buy. Are there amendments that should be put into the contract?

I ask this because I talk with renters all the time who are in properties that are in foreclosure I don’t see a far stretch before a I find a lease option and want to be prepared.

Good luck. We being investors know what we do is good for the home owner. But you always seem to run into those home owners who think you are out to scam them. Lets hope that is not the case

There was a guy a day or two ago that leveled his house with a bulldozer. It sounds like he is going to get in some sort of truble.

If they are fair game and the realtor is out of the picture there shouldn't be a problem. It is getting the owner to go with you that might be hard part. Realtors do SS bass akward. Are you able to pay cash?

I am bird dogging for a guy I meet through craigslist. I think I sound crazy but it is a good deal for me. I am not doing the typical look for vacants. I have found a meth house or two.

I see my thread got moved. This is scary. I love it when the government screws with things like this. It always turns out bad.
