How soon after gong to court can the tenant be evicted?  Do the Marshalls remove property from the premises or do you have to take care of that?  Also, is anyone posting late payments to the credit bureaus?

Following this thread.  I spoke to CB, seems like they are really busy.  Hoping that explains the communication issues.

I am sorry to hear what you are going through.  Don't forget to take pictures.  Best of luck.

Not bashing realtors but they have the easiest job in the real estate cycle.  The market is not helping, especially if it is a hot market.  They just have to sit back, eat popcorn, and watch the frenzy.  Not all realtors just the bad ones, they know who they are :)

Does anyone know of a staging company or where tp get staging furniture for Baltimore and DC?  I know some flippers have their own furniture?  Thanks.

Avoid Wexford.  They keep poor records, do not follow up on issues, and they don't send the owner draw  on time.
