No terms are set in stone. Seller is flexible with amount of down payment and interest rate on the balance. Seller is willing to negotiate terms based on the needs of the buyer.

Yes, 209k for all 10 houses. All on one deed. Those vacancies were at time of listing and have since been filled. Typically they are 100% filled.

Owner financing is available.

So sorry for you! I know that feeling of betrayal very well. It's that kind of behavoir that gives all agents a bad name. Best to always get it in writing! This is a hard lesson learned by every agent who has a trusting nature. I was shafted many times before I finally got it!
