I'm at the beginning of my REI journey. Would like to partner with someone who has some experience in flipping SFH in Houston TX. I can bring finance and do most of the management for the rehab with the guidance to gain knowledge and experience.

Multifamilies are not as popular in Houston. I'm looking for a residential multifamily in the west Houston - Katy area and they are hard to find

Quote from @Amika B.:
Hello everyone!
My husband is hosting an event at NOTSUOH downtown on July 13th. He will be doing an unrelated author signing. I thought, however, since we've secured the second floor that I'd reach out to see if there were any other investors, agents, lenders, or even really anybody who would like to meet up for a really relaxed networking evening. The goal is just to meet others in the business and share business cards and information. No lectures or any sales pitches. Just get to know others in the business. Thoughts? Anybody?
You should probably post in the meet-up section. I’d be interested

I'm starting my REI journey and going through self education. After reading a bunch of books and listening to the BP I feel like I need more personalized guidance and I don't mind paying for it. I'd really if appreciate if anyone could share which coaches or masterminds specializing in Multifamily they've been working with or you've heard helped other people build their net worth relatively fast

@Natasha Lee I look on meetup.com, eventbrite, and facebook to find real estate investor meetups in my area. Here are some more resources.
House Hacking is amazing. Here are some resources I found really helpful on my journey.
1. For podcasts I really like the Huse Hacking episodes on Bigger Pockets Podcast and other channels. Here is a playlist with the best House Hacking Podcasts I’ve found: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/4A6uLsPfdWEMmJhG4TSjyb?si=743bb403548f47fb
2. Great beginners guide: https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Ultimate_Beginners_Guide_BiggerPockets.pdf
3. The Book on House Hacking Strategies by Bigger Pockets is also a fantastic book
4. Happy to talk if you want more advice
5. Connect with a realtor who understands house hacking and has invested themselves
6. Connect with a lender to see what you qualify for and how you can improve that situation
7. Go to local Real Estate meetups and learn from people there
Thank you Ryan! The podcast playlist is amazing! All the info you shared is very valuable!
