What is a sandwich lease option, and how exactly does it work?

Hey thanks! That's pretty easy. I was having fun looking up friends and family properties. This will be a really helpful tool down the line. :D

Is there a website I can search to find out who own's certain property? For example - If I give an address, can I find the owner? Thanks

I'm a fan of Buffett, Peter Lynch, and many of the other "value" investors. As for real estate - I'm still trying to figure them out, but like you, both Trump and Lefrak are cool people to watch on the developing side. I'm curious about other good guys to look into.

I've heard that you could be getting yourself into trouble by purchasing property with 100% financing. Is this true? What are the up and downsides of such a loan?
