Hello Wonderful BP folks,

I am buying a property off auction and in contract. The Lot has a house( plan to rehab and sell), and also an adjoining lot. The lot has access from street in the front and back. However currently it is coming as a single LOT.  I feel there is potential to split the home and this lot. How do I go about it? Will I need an attorney's help to make a proposal and talk to city or or just talking to the city- town planning would be good? Is there any other department I should get in touch with.  It is an OH property.

Appreciate all your help.

Regards,

Thanks.

@Adam Curry, Was there in town last week. Did see few options and made offers.

Please do keep me in loop and share any opportunities.  Can meet next time I get to town, or if you come by to Philadelphia! Thanks.

Hello @Manoj Narayanan

Looks like you are seeking opportunities in Mid-west.  Have you thought about Cincinnati, just 90 mins south from Indy.? I am in PA, but do invest in  OH amongst other states. Let me know if you like to chat.  Usually before I invest, I visit the area and get familiar with neighborhood, network with locals etc.

Thanks,  Naveen.

Hi Simmy  , Thanks for writing to me. So I assume you do nationwide lending. Please email me your terms. I am also looking for investments in Alpharetta GA. Is that something you can help me with.

If you are going to find me a property and help with finance :), let us do a 4 unit bldg.  Thanks.

Looking to talk to anyone that can help me sell the house. Property is in highly sought after area. May not be FHA and requires updating. So has to be preferably cash offer but certainly not distressed.

If you have experience in such transaction and is confident of making successful sale and has a list of investor buyers, then this may be a good option for you.

Write to me with good time to talk over phone.

Thanks.

Hi, I am going back to Cincinnati, the first week of Jan. Looking to connect with anyone that would have ready listings for sale, wholesalers that can assign purchase agreements, and anyone that has properties to sell or deal with. All types of properties welcome. Commercial, SFR's MFs. etc.. Mostly looking for ForestPark ( or in 45240 zip), & Oakley/HydePark area. Westwood is considered as well. Am open to discuss about flip opportunities in around West Chester/Mason.

Thanks.

Naveen.

@Shahdan Calcuttawalla, Hi, so are you looking for just setting up the LLC or you are also looking for someone in Plano, TX to help you with business.

Just bought my property in Plano & will be going there for rehab. (I also setup LLC in TX myself - but may not be able to advise on the topic though).

Anycase, let us connect. Thanks.
