@Frank S.

Never read such a myopic review in my life. This is one of the greatest books to the entrepreneurial mind. I can excuse you because you admitted your inexperience but would not expect that you provide review to us.....

I will not give anyone 10% in the name of EM.... I will not give more than $2000. Other contingencies will be structured as part of the contract terms.

Looks like people who dont know anything about Africa and Uganda just jump in say what they like...

@JD Martin  and @Account Closed to explain to us the opportunities he sees in Uganda.

That said, I am aware that land ownership and documentation processes in most developing countries are still very rudimentary, unless of course you are dealing with title from government....

@Araz Matevosyan

Welcome to BP.

There are tons o materials to accelerate your learning process, but just dont quit your 9-5 yet.... You will actually need it to make faster progress in REI.

check our the podcasts and webiners, and get involved with BP local meets ups....I will only quit when my income from REI matches or exceeds my 9-5 earnings....that way, there will be no shocks....

My one cent!

Merry Christmas

@Jay Hinrichs

This is very generous of you for giving back to the society, although you technically disqualified all out of state investors :).

Thanks again for your generosity and ecnouragement to all new invstors to which I count myself as part of..you cluld have sold the property and given the proceeds to charity but you chose this route to encourage the community...

This singular is most appreciated.....

Merry Christmas!
