HI BP fam! Quick questions getting started - 

1) Which app or system do you use to manage the details of your properties? Keeping track of details of repairs for a new property rehab, cashflow, vacancies etc....all the details that go into managing a portfolio of single family or multi-family rentals?

2) Where's the best place to find info. on legal structure and when to form an LLC VS continuing to put properties in your own name?

@Niyi Adewole, congrats on taking action on this deal. I'm curious what you've found out so far and how the deal has progressed. Did you end up taking the combined owner carry / subject to route or did you secure a mortgage for the outstanding $242k?
