@Austin Works you need to use all your social media channels, mainly YouTube, Podcast, Instagram and Blogs to became a leader and a go to person in your space. Consistency is the key, no ad will make things happen for you, simply it’s just daily work, you can do it yourself or outsource it.

@Gabriel Gorman you need to partner up with people who have experience + successful track record in rental properties. Check out Facebook groups or local meet ups to connect with more people. We have a great book that touches that subject “Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book”

@Riley Billings you can find and reach out to specific groups on Facebook depending the asset class that you’re looking to invest in and talk with experts remotely or you can attend local meet ups and find people there.

@Joshua Hartman great question, now it is definitely a great time to be in real estate and in some markets there could be more investors than in others, but opportunities can be found even in those markets it all depends on your skills and willingness to stand out from the rest.

@Sadrud-Din Williams great question, if you going to ask the most successful real estate investors, they will tell you that it was the doing part, not the book that got them to that level, don’t get me wrong, education is definitely has to be solid for you to become knowledgeable, but the action part is that 97% and that’s where most people are failing.
