@Austin Grant McDowell simply if you’re making much more money with real estate than in your job, whatever that may be in your situation and if your job consumes the time that could be used expanding the real estate business than you can make that transition which is going to be less stressful.

@Filip Vydra local meet-ups are great place, also connecting with people online, there’s a lot of communities there, getting people on your podcast, helping some people to solve their problems, charity events.

@Zach Temple great question,having one income stream could be enough, depending on how much access cash flow it produces every month or year. Imagine if you would own a 200+ unit complex vs 4 unit deal. That’s completely different income stream.

@Roy Conney as most of the people here mentioned, it all starts with your base relationships. You have to know the lingo, you have to show them that they can trust you with their initial investment. Again, most of the syndicators provide similar returns, so it all comes down to educated people and building relationships.
