Hello,

I heard about BP last year but didn't really start listening to the podcasts till about a month ago. I am looking forward to investing in real estate. At the moment I am interested in house hacking. I see it as how I would start.. I would look at places in NH but also FL because i have family there and I go back often.  At the moment, I'm just trying to take as much knowledge as I can without getting overwhelmed. I hope to be active in the forum learning more and providing comments here an there with what I now know.

Have you looked at the ultimate beginners guide from bigger pockets (this is free)? They also have a webinar tomorrow on getting started with real estate.

There is also a book on investing with no or low money down: https://get.biggerpockets.com/nomoneydown/ ( i think there is a blog post on this to).
