@Raj Jian If you are considering the Trenton area near government offices keep in mind that you may not get too much business on weekends because state employees aren't there. Not sure what type of business you have or if that impacts it.

@Jason Sinclair I am a Buy and Hold investor and my homes are in Camden. You will probably pay double (or more) in taxes in Pennsauken vs Camden. If you're ok with that then you should probably find good deals in Pennsauken!

Good morning! I'm in the process of getting my real estate salesperson license and I'm looking for a broker to hang my license in South Jersey (preferably Burlington/Camden counties but open to Gloucester as well). I'm interested in mainly working with investors so it would be great to hang my license with an investor friendly broker that I can learn from. Also, allowing property management would be a plus! Any advice would be great! Thanks!
