@Anthony Salazar I would call and ask. You can also have verbiage in the lease to say they are allowed a certain amount of overnight guests per month. Thats what I did in my Room rental house hack.

@Marissa Contreras I like local credit unions. They typically have better programs and lending qualifications you can meet once you build a relationship with them!

@Gregory Boulet I would run comps on furnish finders as if you were looking for a comparable stay as a travel professional. For Air BNB i would look into one of the data analytics companies like AIR DNA for example. Price under market 5% and get some strong reviews to raise prices.

@Milo Samec It doesnt seem like a bad deal with all considered. Maybe you might benefit from looking at large SFH with a basement that you could separate out and create a duplex entry without having to pay the starting multi family rate. The team I am on does this a lot in Denver to generate more cash flow on SFH rent by the room house hacks!

@David Price Welcome to the community. There are a few OC meet ups listed on BP. You can also try meet up and search for them. Another strategy would be to look up facebook groups in your area. All options to start looking!
