Thank you all for the thoughtful information contained herein. I am trying to gather if tenant cloud would be powerful enough to handle 27 units? Managing these units is what I do professionally for my family.  I am looking for a one-stop solution for my tenants do you have a cloud-based option to view their account and leasing documents and make rent payments- from reading the comments contained herein it looks like this is a great option! I look forward to diving into it

We have 27 units and I’m wondering if Tenant Cloud would be a good solution for us? Looking for a cloud-based portal for my tenants to easily manage their rent payments, lease, maintenance, etc.  

I appreciate any thoughts and suggestions, especially comparisons between Tellus and Tenant Cloud. 

Ty @Stephen Willis!  The tenant side of things is very important to me, right now my infrastructure is fine on the backend for me but they have no way to login and see their balance or pay their rent as I pull everything from them versus them pushing it to me. Based on your comments it sounds like Tellus offers a solid portal for tenants? I am going to check it out now! 

Thanks for this thread, exactly what I came here for! I am an investor with a system I've used in house for 15 years or so - mainly using email and the cloud for leasing and ACH debiting rent from my tenants. 

I'd like to upgrade to a system where the tenants have a portal to pay online, review leasing docs, communicate as a group, etc. 

I will look into Tellus and Smart Property Systems, thank you @Michael Lee & @Grant Delmonte. @Brad Beam if you found other options I'd love to hear! I have been exploring App Folio and Rent Cafe as well - not sure how they all compare.

Zillow is awful! Not sure why but the Rental Manager has stopped working for us - and we also cannot find the Craig's List export feature which was super helpful.

I'm all ears for recommendations for sites or software that will populate our rentals on all of the large sites! Thank you!
