Thank you both very much for the input. I will be writing these down and making sure I get the information. I am open to rehab buy and hold, and buy and hold properties pending the numbers are where I need them to be. I'm not set on one or the other so I will be sure to ask for either situation. Congratulations! Glad you stuck with it and didn't give up! It' very motivating to see your story, I am also just getting started in the REO world and seeing the hard work pay off really pushes me to keep driving! Thank you and good luck!
