Looking to spend some time tomorrow reaching out to some people either wanting more info maybe on Indiana. That could be for flips here or even rental possibilities we have a few projects underway. Really wanted to get on the phone and make some calls to anyone looking to see price points, rental questions, turns rental questions or even the areas we are flipping and would consider. Also could offer advice on the areas and place to stay away from. But all in all would love to network with a few people interested in talking! Have a great day! We operate in Northwest Indiana!
