Home depot has shaker style cabinets now in stock. Not sure what your mid level price bracket is. We have put these cabinets in homes that have sold for 110k-319k and they fit in well!

You can always call some other ones and ask about pricing. The seller may try to stick with their title company but we have insisted on using our primary title company before and most allow us to do so.
